Sho-Don Gilliam TC 28809 is an independent licensed authority operating pursuant to a written Platform Services Agreement with Outpost Live LLC. Outpost Live LLC is not a transportation provider, motor carrier, or Transportation Network Company as defined under Virginia Code § 46.2-2099.45, does not employ or contract third-party drivers, and does not facilitate rides between passengers and independent drivers.

To improve the platform and measure how visitors use it, we record events such as page views, event detail views, ride bookings, and ticket purchases. These records include a per-visit session identifier, your IP address, the device type (mobile or desktop), and (where you have provided them) your phone number and email. This data is stored in our secure database under the control of Outpost Live LLC.
We also forward a hashed version of these events to Meta (Facebook) Conversions API and Google Analytics 4 so we can measure ad performance and reach people who have shown interest in similar local events. Email addresses and phone numbers are SHA-256 hashed before being sent to Meta. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Meta's Ad Preferences and Google's Ads Settings. Property listings displayed on this platform are for discovery and transportation coordination purposes only. Listing status, pricing, and details should be independently verified with the listing agent or brokerage. Agent information displayed alongside RentCast-sourced listings is derived from public property records and does not imply any affiliation between that agent and Outpost Live LLC.
We serve Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Chesterfield, Fort Lee, Virginia State University, and the greater Richmond metro area. Service outside this area is available by arrangement.
Our vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior. No smoking, illegal substances, or open containers are permitted. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Biohazard/vomiting: $450 flat — non-negotiable.
Sho-Don Gilliam TC 28809 maintains commercial auto liability insurance at the minimum combined single limit of $125,000 as required under Virginia Code § 46.2-2053 for motor carriers operating taxicab service, with proof filed with the Virginia DMV pursuant to Virginia Code § 46.2-2057. Outpost Live LLC maintains separate commercial general liability and cyber liability coverage for platform operations. Outpost Live LLC is not liable for any transportation incident, passenger injury, property damage, or death arising from transportation services provided by Sho-Don Gilliam TC 28809. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Platform Role. Outpost Live LLC operates as a technology platform that facilitates ticket sales between event promoters and ticket buyers. Outpost Live LLC is not the event organizer, venue operator, or performer. All events listed are independently organized by third-party promoters.
Promoter Responsibility. Event promoters are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details including date, time, venue, pricing, age restrictions, and event content. Outpost Live LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding event quality, safety, or accuracy of promoter-provided information.
Refund Policy. All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by the promoter. In the event of a cancellation, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Outpost Live LLC's liability is limited to the face value of the ticket plus the $1.50 platform fee. Outpost Live LLC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket buyers.
Event Cancellation. Outpost Live LLC has no control over event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by promoters. Outpost Live LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket buyers of known cancellations via SMS if consent was provided, but cannot guarantee notification in all circumstances.
Platform Fee. Outpost Live LLC charges a flat $1.50 platform fee per ticket sold. This fee is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. All remaining ticket proceeds are transferred directly to the promoter via Stripe Connect.
Ticket Fraud. Outpost Live LLC validates ticket codes at the door via QR scan. Each ticket code is single-use. Outpost Live LLC is not responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorized third parties or resale platforms.
Age Restrictions. Ticket buyers are responsible for verifying age restrictions before purchasing. Outpost Live LLC is not liable for denied entry due to age requirements set by the promoter or venue.
Virginia Law. All ticketing transactions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dinwiddie County, Virginia.
