This is a solo owner-operated private car service — not a rideshare app, not a Transportation Network Company (TNC), and not a fleet or multi-driver operation.
This is a prearranged-only service. All rides are confirmed in advance by direct communication or through this platform. No on-demand street hailing is offered or implied. Outpost Live! serves as the booking interface for a single licensed operator.
We primarily serve Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Chesterfield, Fort Gregg-Adams (formerly Fort Lee), Virginia State University, and the greater Richmond metro area. Service outside this area is available by arrangement.
Our vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers. Bookings exceeding capacity will be declined or require separate arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior. No smoking, illegal substances, or open containers are permitted in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
All pricing is posted on outpost-live.com and subject to change with notice. Weather surcharges (rain +15%, snow +25%) and nighttime differentials (+$5 after 8:30PM, +$10 after midnight) apply where noted. Service discounts are applied at the time of booking.
Outpost Live! and its sole owner/operator Sho-don Gilliam carry all required Virginia commercial motor vehicle insurance for a licensed taxi/private carrier (TC 28809). Liability for transportation services is limited to the extent permitted by Virginia law and the terms of the applicable commercial insurance policy.
Outpost Live! is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Outpost Live! is also not responsible for changes to third-party events, businesses, or listings featured on the platform.
The Outpost Live! platform, including its website and app, is provided for informational and booking purposes only. Event listings and local business information are provided as a community service and do not constitute endorsement. Outpost Live! is not responsible for changes to third-party events or business operations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Petersburg or Dinwiddie County, Virginia. Outpost Live! is the trade name of Sho-don Gilliam, sole proprietor, and all legal matters relate to that individual and his licensed carrier authority (TC 28809).
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to registered users.
